A family in Bondeni Estate in Nakuru East abandoned their kin in a debtor’s business premises following a debt of sh.400,000.
The late Richard Ogendi who died 2 weeks ago before he could be paid the full amount from the micro savings group.
The debtor Simon Waweru cordially known as Baba Martin fled the scene when the body was left at his premises.
Curious residents of Nakuru want the body not to be removed until the full debt is paid as Simon owes a lot of people and he’s not able to settle them fully.
Nakuru OCPD Martin Masika has advised the family of the late to take the body for burial rites in Kisii or return the body to the morgue as they pursue the case later on.
