The newly elected KTDA Tea Directors in Nyamira county arrived in their specific factories and confined their first meeting of electing their leaders in the board four days since they went to the polls.
The Directors have now vowed to implement the government’s newly proposed tea reforms.,
They have at the same time promised the farmers of timely tea collection from various tea buying centres and to first track the issuance of fertilizers to the farmers which have delayed for a long time.
However, in a spot check in the factories, it was established that the tea directors arrived and conducted their first business and tight police security.
