Pastor Dies After 40- Day Fast

A pastor in Zambia dies after trying to fast for 40 days.

Pastor Francisco Barajah, was trying to emulate Jesus Christ as he did on Mount Olives during His days here on earth as recorded in the Bible.

Family and friends of the late pastor tried to persuade him when he started loosing weight and his body dehydrated on the twenty day but he was adamant that he has to complete his 40 day fast.

On the 25th day, the pastor could not stand, walk or even talk and this led him to be taken to hospital but died in the process of treatment.

The death of Francisco Barajah, the pastor and founder of the Santa Trindade Evangelical Church in the central province of Manica comes a shock to his congregants, family and friends too.
