Rescue operations are ongoing after a seven-storey building collapsed in Sand field bus stop, in the Lekki area of Lagos State.
Two people are reported to have died and more than six people are reported to be trapped under the rubble of the collapsed structure .
Emergency responders had been deployed to commence rescue operations at the scene of the incident.
According to the Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, It is unclear how many people were in the building at the time of collapse.
