A ten year old boy has lost his life after falling from a four-storey building in Kitengela.
The boy had slipped and fell from the top of the building which has no safety grills and fell, sustaining serious injuries.
He was rushed to a nearby private medical facility but was pronounced dead on arrival. It is alleged that the boy sustained serious injuries to his skull and lost a lot of blood.
The top of the storey building is used by tenants to hang their clothes but children frequently use the same as a playground even though it’s risky.
Police have said that investigation is ongoing and the grade four pupil’s body has been moved to Shallom Community Hospital mortuary.
