Interior Cabinet Secretary Dr Fred Matiang’i has vowed to bring the culprit behind the Laikipia County attacks to face the law and bring peace to the area.
Speaking in North Mugirango Constituency while laying a foundation stone for the upgrade of the hospital at 100M funded by the National government, CS Matiang’i called on leaders to shun hate speech and political intolerance.
He said that it affects the peace and stability of the country.
He also called on the “Omoguu” Unit, adding that it was the best way to bargain for the national cake through the handshake spearhead by President Kenyatta and opposition leader Raila Odinga.
Leaders who attended the ceremony vowed to rally behind Matiang’i as he assists the president to deliver his agenda.
The regional leaders told off leaders attacking Matiang’i, saying that he is working through the president’s directive.
