Dr. Yusuf Kodwavualla aka Dr. Yusuf Dawood dies aged 94.
He wrote the Surgeon’s Diary Column in the Sunday Nation Columnist for over a decade now.
He passed away in the United Kingdom.
over 38 years as columnist, he captivated his audiences with his insightful writing offering a unique perspective on medicine, health and wellness.
Yusuf was born in India in 1928 and come and settled in Kenya back in 1961 and launched his surgical career at the Aga Khan Hospital.
One of his highlights of Dawood’s career was his writing. where he mentioned that he has four wives- Surgery, Rotary, Writing and Marie Dawood.
