Kitutu Masaba MP Shadrack Mose has warned heads of institutions and contractors who he said are allegedly behind the misuse of Constituency Development Fund (CDF) allocation to various projects in the constituency.
Speaking at Kiogutwa Primary School in Manga Ward, Mose reiterated that all funds are for the specified projects.
He noted that the perpetrators will face legal action.
