Fake doctor James Mugo has been sentenced to 29 years and six moths in jail for drugging patients and sexually abusing them.
Milimani chief magistrate Wendy Micheni said that doctor James was a big threat for using his acquired skills to drug and sexually assault his patients.
In his defense Mugo said he was remorseful and asked the court to be lenient as he still has the ambition to serve humanity.
Mugo has already been in prison for four years serving an 11 years sentence for operating unlicensed medical facilities.
