Nyamira County Mps have poked holes in the developing agenda spearhead by the county government of Nyamira saying that eight years since devolution started there has been no complete flagship project in the county.
Speaking during a funeral service for Mama Sabina Kemunto Mother to Gachuba MCA Gilbert Nchore, the MPs led by Borabu MP Ben Momanyi asked the devolved function to put efforts to actualize development in every part of the county.
On his part, North Mugirango MP Joash Nyamoko said that the long standoffs and wrangles between the executive and the county assembly are to blame for the minimal development in the county adding that there is a need for all elected leaders to come together and work for the better of the people of Nyamira.
