South Mugirango MP Silvanus Osoro presented himself to the Kisii CID offices this morning.
Mp Osoro claims that his vehicle was impounded last week at Kiamokama Ward in Kisii during the concluded by-election.
Police have been on his trail though he claims to be from hospital after a short illness over the weekend.
