Police in a Kisumu on Saturday arrested 12 people among them six police officers for contravening curfew protocols as directed by the national government.
The 10 were arrested around 8 pm within Black pearl bar and restaurant at Nyamasaria shopping centre.
The six prison /police officers and six others according to the police report were all booked in while appearing drunk and were taken to Kondele Police Station.
The police report further states that the four members of the public were found in the company of the officers.
Five of the officers were from Nyakacho Police Station while one was from Central Police Station Nakuru.
