Over 100 girls from Magonga Village, Kiabonyoru have benefitted from free sanitary pads courtesy of the Koffi Annan Foundation through its representative Jackeline Nyaberi.
Speaking at Magonga Primary while issuing the sanitary pads, Nyaberi reiterated the main challenge for girls from poor backgrounds is the lack of the essential commodity.
She called upon stakeholders and the government to make the issuance of sanitary pads in primary schools free.
