Kericho town inhabitants are dissatisfied with life as a result of the extensive property damage brought on by recent torrential rains. A local college student named Kelvin Kiplagat described on Wednesday how the perimeter wall of the institution collapsed as a result of persistent rain and strong winds.
He claimed that the nearby residences in Makati had sustained considerably more damage.
Just next to the facility, a wall collapsed, destroying five dwellings made of iron sheets. Before being rescued and helped by well-wishers, the home owners were left trapped for a while.
When the police arrived on the scene, they instructed the participants to record their comments as the inquiry developed.
