Two people attached to Mirage Lounge in Ngong are expected to be charged in court on Friday, August 5, 2022, for the offence of murder of a police constable.
The two bouncers identified as Jackeline Nduta Gachehe and Jessey Levi Luyali are alleged to have assaulted Police Constable Moses Oyugi at the Lounge on Sunday, July 31.
The two suspects who were positively identified as per the CCTV footage analysis were arrested on Thursday, August 4, 2022.
The officer succumbed to his injuries while receiving treatment at the Nairobi West Hospital. A postmortem conducted on Thursday revealed that the cop died due to a blood clot in the brain.
