An Egyptian national has died while receiving treatment after he was stabbed eight times.
The deceased identified as Ayman Elsaid was stabbed when he together with his friend approached a man identified as Stephen Kimani and asked him to pay back their debt.
Stephen who had gone to visit his girlfriend at an apartment in Jamhuri is said to have got a kitchen knife and in fury proceeded to stab Ayman eight times.
He then proceeded to stab Ayman’s friend identified as Victor Nanua on his right thigh, Stephen then turned the knife on himself and slit his throat.
Ayman and Victor were rushed to Coptic Hospital where Ayman died while receiving treatment.
Victor was later transferred to Nairobi Women’s Hospital where he remains in critical condition.
