Labour CS Florence Bore has noted that more than 250,000 different jobs are currently available in Germany for Kenyans and youths should seize these opportunities.
Speaking during the thanksgiving ceremony of Secretary to the cabinet Mercy Wanjau at the ACK St Thomas Cathedral in Kerugoya Kirinyaga County, the Labour CS said the government is keen on ensuring job opportunities for Kenyans.
She also said her ministry will soon resume the social protection registration for those over 70 years and persons with disabilities.
On her part the secretary to the cabinet Mercy Wanjau said after the cabinet retreat last week, it was resolved that all government projects in all sectors should be expedited for Kenyans to enjoy various services.
She also urged Youths to take advantage of funds from the government to uplift their lives and those of their families.
