Kisii County Assembly members continue to battle speaker David Kombo, today MCAs were treated to a rare event as it took over 30 minutes for police to break chains that locked at the entrance of Kisii County Assembly.
MCA’s against Kombo’s tenure accused Speaker David Kombo over negligence of court orders and misuse of police to force his entry into the County Assembly.
