Beaten to death over Kshs 6000

A family in Machungwa village in Kiminini Sub-County in Tranz -Nzoia County is demanding justice for their daughter who was allegedly beaten over Kshs. 6000.

The late Lorine Waswa Fwamba ,22 years old, worked as a house a house help in her employer’s home barely 50 meters away from her parents’ home.

Naswa’s brother was confronted in the grazing field by two men who are said to be two sons and their mother who asked him about Naswa and the said lost money.

Later on, they ransacked their house in search of the Kshs. 6, 000 but found nothing and frog matched Naswa while beating her following instructions from their mother in order to extract a confession from her.

The brother offered hem a cow to compensate the said lost money but the trio denied on claim they had to teach her a lesson.

The father was informed about the issue and on coming he found her daughter motionless on the ground and was asked to take her away but he refused.

She was later carried on a motorcycle to nearby clinic by two police officers from Bikeke Police Post but on arrival at Bikeke Clinic, she was pronounced dead.
