A business man on a business trip to Mombasa is counting losses after losing Kshs. 596,000 which went missing after a night out with a woman in Shanzu at the VIP Club Volume.
He was first having drinks alone before he got attracted to a stunning lady in the club.
He was deeply smitten by her looks before he called upon her to join him for a drinking spree before the duo later spent the night together in a reserved suite at the Seville apartments at around 4.00am.
This is where the lady laced his drink with a stupefying substance that knocked him out a few minutes later after which she drained his bank account.
Detectives state the victim was found by the apartment steward dead asleep later on the Sunday afternoon, where the victim found out that his mobile phone, laptop, ATM cards and other valuables were missing.
Investigations and search of the lady suspect is ongoing.
