The employment and labour relations court has quashed the upcoming vetting of CEC nominees
that were named by Governor Amos Nyaribo.
Former health CEC Douglas Bosire acquired a conservatory order restraining Governor Amos
Nyaribo from getting them him and four others out of office.
The court further ordered that the process of vetting of CEC nominees should be stopped until
the matter is heard and determined.
"The court is pleased to issue a conservatory order in form of an injunction restraining the first,
second and third respondents from interfering with service contracts of the applicant/ Petitioner,"
read part of the order by lady justice Hellen Wasilwa, Kericho High Court.
