The Judiciary has announced an e-filing system maintenance.
The Judiciary said the maintenance is scheduled to start today at 6 pm and will run to September 1, 2021, at 6 am.
“We regret the ensuing inconveniences and thank you for your patience and continued support,” a statement said.
The Judiciary affirmed that the maintenance comes after the gazettement of the new court fee schedule.
The new court fees schedule was published on July 3, 2021, and takes effect on September 1, 2021.
The Judiciary yesterday held a meeting with the Branch Chairs caucus of the Law Society of Kenya regarding the practical execution of the new court fees schedule.
The e-filing system was officially initiated by former Chief Justice David Maraga on July 1, 2020.
