A Nairobi man shot himself to death after his estranged wife refused to take him back.
The deceased who separated from his wife last year September decided to pay her a visit on Tuesday evening at her home in Haadi apartments, Muthangari in an effort to reconcile.
The man is then said to have retrieved his pistol and shot himself when his pleas fell on deaf ears.
According to police, a glock pistol and on spent cartridge were found on the scene.
