Nyamira County Women Representative Jerusha Momanyi has assisted a family in Mokorongosi village Kitutu Masaba Constituency who have a strange ailment that has made them disabled with a motorcycle to help them with resources since they cannot work.
The three family members, a mother and her two children, a boy and a girl developed the ailment a few years ago which made them immobile hence making it hard to fend for themselves.
The Women Representative said she was so shocked and moved with the situation of the family after she saw their pictures across social media platforms.
She decided to intervene and help them with the motorcycle that would assist them to get their daily needs as well as take them to the hospital.
The Motorcycle was put under the supervision of the community and area chiefs where she urged the rider to be faithful in ensuring it helps the family as required.
