West Mugirango MP Vincent Kemosi has called on the president to appoint all the four judges that were approved for appointment by the Judicial Service Commission (JSC)
Speaking at a funeral service for Mzee Samwel Obanyi who was the uncle to the chairman of the National Lands Commission Gershom Otachi, in Nyakemincha Village, Bonyamatuta Ward, West Mugirango constituency.
Kemosi said it was against the law for the president to gazette and swear in 34 out of the 40 Judges recommended by the Judicial Service Commission.
At the same time, Kemosi also asked the leaders pushing for the constitution amendment through the BBI to accept the High Court ruling on the initiative adding that there is no constitutional crisis in the country and BBI could wait up until after the 2022 General election.
