The government spokesperson has said that the government is committed to curb the menace of the adverse effects of drug abuse among youths in Kenya.
While giving his weekly briefing in Homabay county today, Dr. Mwaura said that the government is trying to promote the welfare of our young people.
He added that NACADA is working closely with other stakeholders to map out hotspots for alcoholic drinks to provide counselling and referral services to the affected people.
He noted that every family has been affected by drug and substance abuse and so, every Kenyan should respond to the call.
