PS in the State Department for Vocational and Technical Training, Dr Julius Jwan successfully witnessed the opening and distribution of KCPE exams at the KNEC container in Kisii county this morning.
He was accompanied by Kisii County Commissioner Allan Macharia, the PS gave firm instructions to exam centre managers to ensure all exam regulations according to the ministry of education are followed to the letter. He further said that the government will do everything in its capacity to tame exam irregularities and ensure the safety of learners, also asked them to follow all the MoH COVID-19 protocols.
